Q. Why should I choose Crest Lock for my security needs?

A. Crest Lock is a local company with the second generation owner Chris Serbeck, who is the President, with 34 years of experience. Q. Do I have to have a service contract or buy it at the time of the initial purchase?

A. Our goal is to recommend a product that will hold up the best and keep our clients total owner ship cost low. We do not require a service contract to be purchase at the time of the initial purchase. We understand that not every customer’s situation is the same. Each customer has different needs based upon the specific use of their security system and each customer’s needs are unique. Most of the material and products we sell carry manufacturer’s warranty which can be 1 to 5 years, depending on the products and manufacturer. We offer 1 year labor warranty on installation and will handle any warranty claims for our clients for any product we supplied and installed. After the first year, we can provide the customer with history of any issues they had with their systems to see if a service contract would benefit them. We can ether do a time and material service which 90% of our clients do or we can customize a service contract to meet your needs.
